Great service. Our driver Marcella was very attentive to our needs. Always helping us girls on and off the bus with our dresses. She got us to all of our locations quickly and safely and on time! Everyone at the office answered questions quickly and always returned phonecalls promptly. Thank you so much for. Helping make our wedding great.

Our appointment went very well, and the staff was very professional when showing us our different options. They worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted for the best possible price. On the day of, Pat our driver was absolutely wonderful. He was nice and cordial, got us to where we needed to be, and was a fun addition to those riding in the limo with us. I would use their service again if ever the need arose based on the experience we had with our wedding. They were great, A-1, just like the name says!

We had decided to book an limo for after the wedding reception, so we can visit some of our friends that coudn't get the day off to attend our wedding. The charter service manager Leila Misencik was very professional and helpful in deciding the right size,style of limo to accommodate my wedding party. The driver was on time and very professional and attentive to our needs. Thanks A-1 Limo for all of their help and service that they have provided for us. Great job well done.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! We used A-1 for our transportation between ceremony and reception and also for a shuttle at the end of the night back to the hotel for our guests. Our first driver, Pat, was PHENOMENAL! We did have some issues with our shuttle driver, but after calling them to let them know of our bad experience, they refunded 100% of what we paid for the shuttle - I couldn't believe it! That proved to me that they are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.

We had a great experience with A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding. From our initial conversation through the day of our wedding we had great customer service. The limo was on time, clean, a smooth ride, and our driver, Dave was very cordial and responsible. We chose the Magestic and it was a great wedding limo bus. We would definitely use their services again and recommend it to other.

After calling to check availability, and scheduling an appointment with Carmen, then sending a confirmation email the morning of my appointment (that no one responded to) we drove out to their location to view the limo coaches, to find that now no limos were available for our wedding day anymore. The lady who helped us when we arrived said the weekend we needed filled up a few days prior to our visit. What a wasted day of vacation and an afternoon of my time. A-1 Mr Limo was one of the best vendors I worked with on my wedding day. You never have to follow up with the, they will contact you! Everyone there is so nice and friendly. Our driver, Pat, was the BEST! He called me a few days before the wedding to confirm the pick up location and time and all of the stops. He arrived early the day of the wedding and he even loaded the cooler for us! He also kept our photographer in line, as we were cutting it close on time--I really appreciated that. He held an umbrella over me so I didn't get wet, and made sure I didn't trip over my dress. Working with A-1 Mr Limo was one of the best parts of my wedding day. We rented the Luxor. It was clean and we had pleanty of room. A-1 Mr Limo is the best!!!!!!

Great service - clean limo, friendly drivers, and very patient with the rather complicated transporation issues we had with our wedding, which was way out in the middle of nowhere!!

I worked with Leila, the salesperson, to make sure all of the details were correct. She was very responsive, and then the driver (Tony) called a few days to verify the details and just to introduce himself! The car was clean, and the driver was on time for every pick up!

Professional Service before and after the limousine service. The chauffer checked in with us by phone 3 days before the wedding, and we received a follow-up for comments after our wedding. The driver was ontime, flexible with our requests for multiple picture sites, and just blended into what was a day we will never forget. A-1 Mr Limo was just right for us.

We had no problems with A-1 Mr. Limo, but by the time we got around to choosing our transportation, we weren't all that picky. Because our venues were only a few miles apart and planned on spending limited time in the vehicle, the decision ultimately came down to the lowest priced option. Mr. Limo was well under the other quotes we had from other vendors and we got lucky enough to have the last weekend of "non-peak season" pricing despite the beginning of the local prom season. Our driver arrived a few minutes early and was polite and courteous throughout the entire day and we really appreciated how he just "blended in" and helped the day go by seamlessly. He even had extra utensils for our best man to hang a custom "Just Married sign." No complaints at all.

Tom, our driver, was fantastic. He called me about a week before the wedding to introduce himself and ask if I had any special requests. The day of the wedding he arrived about 15 min early and took excellent care of the whole bridal party, always helping me, as the bride, in and out of the limo, even holding my bouquet at one point. We got the Dynasty I believe, one of the larger limo buses, and it was absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for the whole bridal party and all our stuff.

A-1 was wonderful. The driver, Paul, was very nice and attentive. We even ended up with a larger vehicle than we had booked. I would definitely recommend A-1.

I highly recommend A-1 Mr. Limo. My brother worked with them for his wedding and recommended them to me.The booking process was easy and the vehicle was beautiful. I felt like I got a great value for my money.The thing I appreciated most, though, was the service from our driver. (I am kicking myself for not being able to remember his name now -- Gary maybe?) It's the little things that count:- He called me a few days before my wedding to introduce himself, confirm the plans, etc. and it really reassured me that everything would go smoothly. And it did!- He arrived 15-20 minutes ahead of schedule, which was so nice just a few hours before my wedding.- He was a very safe driver -- we never got tossed around in back!- He was very courteous, helping me and my bridesmaids up and down the steps to the vehicle every time and coming prepared with several umbrellas (yep, it rained!).- We finished our pictures around town early due to the rain and because we'd paid for more time he shuttled some of our guests between one of the hotels and our reception location.Choose A-1 Mr. Limo if you want nice vehicles with great "day of" service and don't want to worry about your transportation!

The drivers the day of the event were fantastic. Very professional, polite, and enjoyable to work with. The company was a little hard to get in touch with when initially booking, but after finding a main contact person who worked on our account, it was very easy to set up. Everything went perfectly smoothly, and we couldn't we happier.

The limo was a nice size for our wedding party. The driver was very nice and helpful (and he made sure that I as the bride did not have any trouble getting in or out of the limo shuttle). He stayed with us the entire day and we were able to use the limo shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel and reception hall.

We had two stretch excursions and they were great! Very clean and well maintained. Our drivers were early and very courteous. This company has a great reputation as a limo service and I can see why. We liked working with them so much that we booked a car to pick us up from the reception and take us home--and we didn't feel like the driver rushed us out. We were supposed to be ready to go at midnight and he waited for us until 12:30. Would recommend to anyone!
