Everything worked out well. There was some mismeasuring but fixes were made. And everything turned out just fine.

Although the initial visit and discussion about the Tuxedo rentals was not ideal, the rest of the service was pretty great. We didn;t receive much help in the beginning. The sales associate didn;t seem to want to be there. however, the manager of the store was super friendly. The tuxedo of one of the out of town participants was found not to fit, the day before the wedding (when he had arrived to try it on). On a Friday night, the owner graciously took the new size requirements and had the newest tux ready first thing in the morning, with much time before the wedding.

They had no problem contacting us if something wasn't right of if they weren't sure on a person's measurements. They even added two people onto our tux rentals three weeks before the wedding and still had everything to the store on time. Even had a tux fitting the day before to see that it all fit. Just make sure to get your measurements in as early as possible (and stay on the guys to make sure they are going in to do it as well).

There were some mistakes made in the initial measuring/fitting stage but when you're working with INCHES, there's is little room for error. This is why the have a pick up time & day in enough advance for replacements, which we did need but everything worked out & all the men looked SO handsome!
