Bee for the Day

There was nothing more helpful than brooke and her bee's. From the day we hired them all the way to the day of our wedding she made everything such a breeze! Everything was so organized and made me feel like I could just sit back and relax. On the day of our wedding all I had to focus on was being a bride because brooke and her bee took care of EVERYTHING! I would highly recommend them to every bride and I do! Thanks for making my day so special!

Wedding Bees were suggested to us by our florist Keith Brooks. So I knew if he suggested them they must be great.We used Brooke for our rehearsal and wedding day. She and Dani were amazing. They made our day so enjoyable. They took all the stress of timing and detail and let us just enjoy. I would highly recommend them.

My daughter was a bridesmaid in her cousin's wedding a few years ago in Ohio. After the wedding our daughter told us how invaluable Brooke was throughout her cousin's wedding day and how she worked in such a calm and efficient manner. So five years later we asked Brooke to come to Chicago for our daughter's wedding. At the time, my husband didn't think it was a necessity. My husband now is Brooke's biggest fan and couldn't believe how hard they (Heather, Bee#2)worked all weekend taking the stress away from us and working directly with the other vendors answering their questions and helping our large bridal party with various requests and concerns. Brooke calmed the Mother of the Bride, organized last minute transportation for Bride and Groom, tied bow ties and communicated with shuttle bus drivers with limited English to transport our guests to the Church and back to reception. There are too many incidents throughout the weekend to mention how wonderful Brooke & the Bees at Bee for the Day were for our daughter's wedding. Lastly, Brooke and her Bee brought their Midwestern values of a strong work ethic mixed with their friendly, personable attitude to the Big City!

We didn't even give you a 24 hour notice but Christina and Grace jumped in and could not have been more helpful. Both our parents and my husband and I were all able to enjoy the day knowing that everything was running smoothly. The next morning, we recapped the day and often said "How did that happen?" The most common response was that the bees for a day took care of it. They were so professional, kind and helpful. I can not say enough about how great it was having them there!

Bee for the Day was AMAZING!!!! Having their help was by far the best decision we made, everything ran so smoothly during the ceremony and reception that I could truly be worry free and actually enjoy the moment. Brooke and Heather worked so hard and diligently to make it the best day of our lives and we are so so grateful. They dealt with details that I didn't even think about until the time came and then they already had it all covered. I've heard so many brides say they are so busy dealing with everything they couldn't even enjoy their wedding, but with Bee for the Day we kicked back and watched our year of planning fall into place and enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you Bee for the Day for being the absolute BEST!!!

Brooke and Sara at Bee for the Day helped to make my wedding stress free and allowed everyone involved to relax and enjoy the day. I can't count how many times everyone in my family said "Bee for the Day was the best money we spent on anything for the wedding." We wished we had used Brooke for even more with the wedding planning. Brooke and Sara were absolutely AMAZING helping with everything from loading and unloading the trolley, dealing with all vendors on the day of to ensure that my family could enjoy the day, organizing all of the wedding party, and most of all just being there to help with all the "little things" that come up throughout the day. Every vendor we worked with was thrilled to hear that we were working with Bee for the Day and they all said how much "the Bees" make their jobs so much easier! Every bride and every mother of the bride should have a Bee for the Day on their wedding day! There are so many details that require your attention and can be a real time-suck if you don't have an expert helping you navigate the world of wedding planning. Brooke and her bees make sure you focus on what is important leading up to the big day so that you enjoy the process and make it the event you dreamed of having. Brooke took late night conference calls to walk through our event and made sure every 'i' was dotted and 't' crossed. I further knew I was in good hands when, unsolicited, every single vendor in the city said "Oh, you have Brooke and her bees working this event, you will be more than fine."On the day of, we turned to the Bees for anything and everything and by the end of the night they might as well have been family to us! It is invaluable to have someone who will keep you on schedule on your wedding day and it is a bonus that they are just awesome people! My husband and I were able to give our full attention to our guests because the Bees handled all of the details and we are incredibly grateful for and recommend their service.

Brooke and her Bees were professional and affable from start to finish. This was my first time as MOB for our family, Brooke and her Bees made everything seamless. They are highly respected by other top rated vendors in our area. Brooke was able to give fantastic suggestions on vendors who would meet our style and price range. She helped us cut corners where needed and have some extras where we wanted them.The wedding day was spectacular. The Bees took care of everything without being intrusive. Didn't know they were there unless we needed them and they took care of a multitude of details that allowed the bride and groom and their families to enjoy every minute of the day. We hosted almost 400 guests and there was not one complaint!!! Thanks to Brooke and her wonderful Bees:)

Brooke and her staff could not have been more professional. They were our eyes and ears throughout the wedding day and almost had a sixth sense about what needed to be taken care of. It was wonderful being the MOB and not having to worry about anything. I could enjoy the wedding rehearsal and wedding day knowing that Brooke and her assistant, Sara, would keep everything on schedule. Everyone had positive comments about how beautiful the event was and I could not have done it without the Bees. Our vendors had a sense of calm come over them when they knew we had Brooke as our planner. She brings a calmness over everything. Truly has a calling. I would recommend Bee for the Day to anyone. The service provided by Bee For the Day was absolutely extraordinary!!!!!! It was everything we could have asked for. Nothing was not done perfectly!!! If we had another wedding, Bee would be the one doing it.

I appreciated meeting monthly with Brooke throughout our year of planning and would recommend this to future brides. We kenw each other well by the wedding day and our frequent meetings alleviated so much stress.

This summer we had our son's wedding, 120 people, followed two weeks later by our daughter's, 320 people. Without Brooke and her company of Bees we could have done it, but not nearly as well and could never have been free to fully enjoy the occasions.Our needs were met before we knew them. Our daughter's wedding was an outside affair, we encountered a series of thunderstorms, at one time the threat of tornadoes. Brooke kept all running smooth, she were prepared to react as needed.The whole family felt as though Brooke and her Bees were friends we could fully count on.I hope this expresses how highly my family recommends Bee for the Day!

Bee for the Day wedding 'Bees' truly took the stress out of our wedding day. We utilized them for 'Day Of' services and it was such a relief to know that we could focus on each other and cherish every moment, while the Bees worked their magic to ensure that everything went as planned. They truly are prepared for anything as I found out when I needed to use a tide-to-go pen. :) The Bees were easy to work with, organized, trustworthy, and reliable. Brooke has a wealth of knowledge about wedding venues and vendors in our area. She is quick to suggest different ideas that she has seen work out well. She's a great source for advice and to bouce ideas off of. She will also caution you about ideas that may not work out so well. It took a lot of stress off of me knowing that she had put together the schedule and had contacted all the different vendors to make sure they knew the plan for the day. It was so nice to be able to know that we could enjoy our guests and she was keeping everything on track. She was especially attentive to our daughter and son-in-law, fixing the wedding dress bustle, making sure no beads of perspiration would show up in pictures, peeling flower petals off boutineers that looked "tired", and making sure they had drinks--she was always watching out for them and us! When I booked her as our wedding consultant, I felt a little guilty--that it might be an "extravagant" expense. However, after going through the wedding with her help, I can't imagine doing a wedding without her!

Brooke gave us freedom to plan the event the way we wanted and the support to carry out our plans. Sara said it was everything she dreamed of and Steve said that while he knew his wedding would be great he never expected this. We could not have done this without Brooke.

Oh my goodness, Bee for the Day is an amazing company! From the moment Brooke met with me and helped me plan all the things I hadn't even thought about I knew I had chosen the right people to work with. At the rehearsal, the Bee Dani was such a huge help to me, and she just jumped in and made sure everything was where it needed to be including us. I talked to a representative from the church during the rehearsal, and she said to me "that coordinator was great" she also said "she knew what to do and was so nice to work with, we were able to walk everything through before meeting with the group". That was so nice to hear. She introduced herself and made sure the bridesmaids knew she was there to help out. I was so impressed and could not have asked for anything or anyone better!On the wedding day, I had the pleasure of working with two of your best Bees, Dani and Stacy! There is NO WAY I could have done my wedding morning without your Bees. They are amazing people! They both were very kind, warm, and service-oriented. Everyone commented on how helpful and nice they were. Thank you for being such an important part of my day! Truly you and your Bees made the difference between an ok wedding and a spectacular wedding!!!!!!

We identified early in the process of planning our daughter's wedding that hiring the right people was going to be essential. Engaging Bee for the Day was the first, and probably most important, vendor selection. Erika & David's wedding was AMAZING thanks to the assistance we received from Brooke and her team. They helped us find the right vendors and plan every detail. Working with them allowed us to hit the "play" button once the weekend's activities began. We had everything in order and were able to simply enjoy our daughter's special day. Heather and Katie managed all the details from the moment the rehearsal began until they packed up our car at the end of the reception. They took care of everything! We could not have been more pleased with their service and attention to detail!

The Bees were amazing on my wedding day...things were a little crazy since we have a 7 month old son, but they kept me in line without making me feel out of control :) Anytime I needed something they seemed to be right around the corner with their "magical" aprons. I truly would recommend these ladies to anyone looking for down to earth, talented, professional (yet fun and as personal as you allow them to be) wedding planners. I wouldn't change a single second of my special day...Love you guys!
