The limo driver himself was good, but the man behind the scene was horrible. We had worked out hours and he told me there was flex time, well there wasn't. We needed to be dropped off a half hour later (that was not OK). He told me on the phone that it would be OK to pay for the midnight pick up at the midnight pick up so my husband held $100.00 of our total. He called my husband and started to yell at him on our wedding day saying until we paid him the $100.00 dollars we owed plus another $100.00 for midnight pickup and the additional time... his driver would not leave until we paid in fact if we did not pay him in the next 10 minutes he would tell his driver to leave us where we were. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL as a business.

We were refered to butterflies by friends. Bill the owner is responsive and very helpful. The limo was on time and comfortable. I have no compliants.

I learned about Butterflies from some people at work, and I must say that I was very glad that I chose them. They were not very expensive but still offered everything we wanted. We got the 18-20 person limo bus and it was perfect for our large wedding party. The limo was decorated in our colors and some non-alcoholic drinks were provided. The driver was very professional and arrived early that day. I would use them again if I had a reason to. Butterflies Limo will also give you a discount if you use them for your bachelor/bachelorette party or if you refer them to someone else.

The limo was what we expected, and the driver was very nice. They were hard to get a hold of, I had to ask them to send the contract out three times. the driver didn't always know where he was going. They did decorate the limo with our colors and the price was very good, although they called a few days before and asked for more.
