I am not sure where to even begin! I knew that I was going to really like Mark Andrew from Cool Media Productions when he and I began emailing about packages! He and my husband share the same name! Mark is extremely professional, but at the same time very personable! I live in Green Bay, WI and was traveling to Monroe, Michigan over Thanksgiving of 2009 and Mark met with me and my father on Black Friday! Gotta love the flexibility!! We were so comfortable with Mark; we arrived with one thing in mind and left feeling great about making a bigger commitment than previously planned!From Thanksgiving of 2009 until October 2, 2010 (our wedding day) Mark was always available! Our wedding video is awesome and Mark even managed to snap a few photos that beat out some of the actual photographers! My only regret is that I didn’t have Mark take care of our photography along with the videography!We were so lucky to have Mark be a part of our day! He made all of our wished come true!I would recommend Mark to anyone looking for superior service and nice addition to your special day!Xo Gina Marie Jennings-Taggart

I cannot say one bad thing about Mark and the crew at Cool Media. They are very professional, so fun and easy to work with, and do absolutely incredible work! Our video is GORGEOUS!! It includes shots of the outside and inside of the church, my husband and I getting ready with our bridal party, guests arriving, the entire ceremony (which was shot with 2 cameramen so we have both wide shots and close-ups), our receiving line, us driving away in our car, taking pictures after the ceremony, the details of the reception, the bridal party entering the reception, all of the special dances/bouquet/garter toss/etc., cutting the cake, guests dancing, and a special goodbye from my husband and I...and all of this has impeccable sound quality and is set to beautiful music. Even the case for our discs is personalized with our names and wedding photos and is just beautiful! Mark is very easy to work with. He quickly responds to e-mails and phone calls and is always very polite. It is very clear that he takes pride in his work (as he should) and that he wants each video to be special. Originally, I was not planning on having a videographer because I wanted to cut costs. I cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am that I changed my mind. The wedding day goes by SO fast and with all the excitement and emotions, it is really hard to remember everything. After the wedding, I was so looking forward to getting to see all the parts that I missed, and my wedding video allowed me to do that. I have watched it countless times and still cry everytime! As I said, I honestly do not have even one piece of criticism for Mark and his crew. Cool Media is by far the best value that I found and their work is absolutely beautiful. You will not be disappointed!!

Mark Andrew from Cool Media Productions was very polite, professional, and very fun to work with. Mark and the other camera man arrived on time at my venue, in fact I think they arrived a little early. They were both dressed very neat, clean, and professional. My video was ready exactly when he told me it would be (4 weeks) and my husband & I were able to get the video the very same day he called us. When my husband brought the 2 dvds out to the car I was stunned by how beautiful the cover & back of the case was! It had 4-6 different pictures of us on it, along with our names & date. The photo's were beautiful & looked very elegant. The dvd itself was white with black lettering on it (names & date).The quality of the video is BEAUTIFUL! We got married in the theatre at the Toledo Zoo, & our reception was held in the African Lodge in the zoo; so throughout the very begining of the video there are different shots of some of the animals at the zoo, it was so cool! At the begining it shows the outside of the theatre & it says "The Toledo Zoo May 7, 2010" then it shows my husband & says "The Groom with his name", then shows myself & says "The Bride with my name" then it shows video footage of some bears, elephants, cheetahs, & elephants all with really pretty music playing. It then goes on to show my husband & his guys getting ready, & their photo session before the ceremony, then it shows myself & my girls getting ready & our photo session before the ceremony.It obviously goes on to show guests entering, & being seated, the entire ceremony, the receiving line, the photo session after the ceremony, the bridal party walking over to the reception venue, guests mingling, introductions, toast, prayer, 1st dances, cake cutting, then just random footage of dancing, & enjoying themselves. At the end of the video it has something called "High Lights" & just goes on to show the high lights of the days events, all set to music.There is also a dvd menu, there is a beautiful picture of us in the background & you can select "Play Wedding" or you can choose from one of the many chapters.I can not believe we got all of that, in such beautiful quality, for the money we paid. The attention to detail was fabulous! The different shots, & angles, it was beautiful.

Mark (Cool Media) did such a fantastic job on our wedding video. We had decided at the last moment to have our wedding videotaped and now, we couldn't imagine not having it-- it makes the day even more special being able to relive it! We are so pleased with the professionalism, the dvd, and all of the special touches that make our dvd unique to us. It is exactly what we asked for and even more so! We highly recommend Cool Media!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with how our pictures turned out from Cool Media Productions. They did such a wonderful job for the right price! The photographers are very personable and pleasing to work with. They make your special day all about you and what you want. I would definitely recommend them to any friend and/or family member in search of a photographer/videographer.

Cool Media Productions was so easy to work with! We hired Cool Media as Videographers for our wedding day. We were so pleased with the service they provided! I would strongly recommend Cool Media to anyone that is looking for quality video footage of their special day. I am a hard person to please, and both my husband and I were more than satisfied with the professionalism, excellence and flexibility of Cool Media. Mark even rode in our party bus with us and took footage! If you are thinking about hiring a video photographer, do not use anyone but Cool Media! We have recommended friends that have used them as well and were more than pleased. It is a keepsake that is designed uniquely for you and your husband that will keep all the memories of your special day for you to watch forever!

Cool Media did a wonderful job videotaping our wedding. They did their thing and was never in the way of the photographer and still managed to get everything. The end result was amazing. I always find something new everytime I watch the video that I never knew happened. The best was the five minute montage video of the reception. We laugh the whole way through. They captured the best moments.

Terry the photographer was great to work with, but the quality of his pictures were not that great. He didn't get some of the pictures we really wanted, but we had to live with it. Mark did an amazing job with the video. These guys were great to work with and had a lot of fun with us and our bridal party
