They will take all the time in the world with you and really help you find what you want. They also have an amazing jewelry designer to custom make engagement rings (and probably other items too). My ring and wedding band were made by him, and I'm very happy with the result. We also ordered my husbands wedding band from them. They have a wide selection of mens bands in the store and through catalogs.
