Reception site was beautiful and food was wonderful. Sara was our coordinator and she was FANTASTIC. Very proactive and anticipated our needs before we had them. We were allowed to set up everything up to two days before the wedding day and Pazzo's staff was there to help. They took care of many of the last minute details and helped the actual day run very smoothly. I absolutely would use them if I had it to do over again!

When I walked into the reception hall the night of our wedding, I was taken aback. The hall was decorated so beautifully! Pazzo's knows style & fit my tastes perfectly. From the lit ficus trees throughout the room to the floating fuji mum centerpieces, the ambiance was exquisite! However, the best part of Pazzo's was the food. Anytime someone talks to us about our wedding, they always mention how delicious the food was. The chicken marsala was to die for! I would highly recommend Pazzo's to anyone who wants to treat their guests to the perfect reception!

We had our reception at Pazzo's Grand Ballroom in Parma at Broadview and Sprague. The actual wedding day turned out extremely well, though getting up to that day was horrible. Renee was extremely hard to work with and never showed up at scheduled appointments. She did not return phone calls. When we were able to get a hold of her she wouldn't drive to the Parma Pazzo's and we'd have to go to their other location. John was easier to work with though false promises were made. One major issue we had was we were supposed to be able to taste test the food prior to our wedding. Whenever we asked to to do this they told us to call back. We didn't pick out our menu until days before the wedding...and we never were able to taste test. Little things added up to unnecessary stresses.
