Amazing service and beautiful setup. The Wedding went flawlessly and the staff, especially Theresa was willing to do everything possible to make the day perfect. The wedding package includes a lot of value added extras you will have to pay extra for at other venues. I Highley reccomend the Hilton Toledo.

The Hilton Toledo is an excellent venue to hold your wedding and reception at. Theresa Carroll is an absolute professional and exceptionally knowledgeable and capable of presenting the event you want to have. You will have no worries when Theresa is in charge of your event!

What a wonderful night! Theresa was so great to work with...and her staff is the BEST! From the first day we met, she made my Mom and me and Vic feel like we were right at home. The Hilton's Culinary Team is phenomenal! The food was beautifully presented and VERY tasty. My family is still talking about the great food and the lovely setting Thanks SO much for all you did to make our night a success! I highly recommend the Hilton Toledo to any area bride who is looking for the very best wedding venue around!

We used Hilton Hotel for our out of town guest.It's a great hotel, amazing quality of staff and service.None of our guest had any complaints and I woud recommend this hotel to anyone!

I was sold on having my wedding and reception at the Hilton Toledo after meeting the wedding coordinator Theresa. She was so organized and made you feel like everything would be taken care of. The week of my wedding I was informed that she was taking a leave of absence and that someone else would be taking over. Denise was very kind and helpful over the phone. She seemed to have all the notes and details under control. Two days before my wedding I find out that she would not be there for the wedding and that someone else will be in charge. Let me just tell you this created a lot of anxiety for me. Once it was all said and done all of the staff at the Hilton came together and made our day go off without a hitch. Unfortunately it rained so we moved the ceremony inside with no problem. It was beautiful and very organized. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food. It was wonderfully presented and tasted great. The reception hall was beautifully decorated by Scott and his staff. It was just how I dreamed it would be and more. I highly recommend the Hilton Toledo for its great value and service. Everyone was very professional and kind.

The Hilton's Wedding Coordinator Theresa Carroll is a gem! We came to her with a sketchy outline of what we visualizing and she helped us turn that sketch into a beautiful wedding portrait. The Pergola at the Hilton provided the perfect setting for a garden wedding and having the option to tranform the Lucas Room at the Dana Center into a Wedding Chapel in the case of rain to the worry out of an outdoors ceremony. Nothing ever goes off without a hitch and when our sound system fell through at to the last minute there was Theresa to the rescue. And even though the ceremony began quite a bit later than planned Theresa's calm demeanor kept the guest and the bridal party relaxed. The variety the menu offered allowed us to choose something for everyone although I did spend more on the meal than I would have liked but in the end I think it was worth it. There was ample food for the guest and it . The decor of the grandballroom with it soft lighting seemed to add to the and relaxed mood of our guest. Last, but not least, the accomadations at the Hilton were comfortable and affordable. The whole experience was really great

The Hilton Toledo would have been an okay value, except for one person- Theresa Carroll. She was the stain on my wedding day. She was so patronizing and belittling to me and my mother during the planning process. She recommended the worst cake vendor. She charged for things that weren't discussed, she increased the cost of meals, she purposely withheld information so that we'd have to pay for "her video package" which was a huge rip off. Essentially, my mother had to write a very long letter to the Hilton manager AFTER the Reception. She gets a 0% for professionalism and flexibility because she provided neither. The food was average and overpriced which is probably true for most wedding venues. Book someplace else... the Toledo Club was really nice.
