Kristen's photographs of both our engagement and wedding were just beautiful. For the engagement photos, she suggested a beautiful location, so we really couldn't go wrong. Our wedding took place on a golf course in the Cleveland Metroparks, so the setting there was also nice. But what was really good about the photographs was how perfect they came out despite the 95 degree heat! We got over 400 photographs and the vast, vast majority of them were stunning. I would highly recommend her, and everyone who has seen the photos has been impressed. Also, it was nice to have her husband on hand the day of the wedding to snap some shots of alternate angles and of the groom and groomsmen. This added more photos during a compressed period of time (the wedding was in the evening and flowed right into the reception.) Kristen was very easy to work with and made an admittedly camera shy couple feel at ease.

Kristen Penner provided us with absolutely gorgeous engagement and wedding photos. She took the time to get to know us during our engagement session, that by the time the wedding rolled around, she knew our personalities and style. She was great at offering suggestions and advice when asked, but also listened to what we wanted. I chose Kristen to photograph our wedding after reviewing her website and meeting her in person. She offerred everything I wanted, including a traditional photo album, and was willing to provide references before we signed the contract. She also didn't flinch when we wanted to bring our dog to our engagement session. She was able to capture absolutely beautiful pictures with our dog that we will cherish forever. My husband and I both recommend her for your wedding, engagement session, family photo shoot, or just to take fun photos!

Kristen was an absolute joy to work with! She was very nice and sincere while trying to make sure we received everything that we wanted. We got a lot of compliments on how our pictures came out! We liked how natural our photos looked and there were hundreds to chose from! She definitely captured our wedding day in it's entirety while adding her own artistic flare. I would recommend her to anyone who wants fabulous wedding pictures!!

I was planning a long-distance wedding and had to research many vendors online. Photography is one of those that I was going to be extremely picky with, and I thought I would have a difficult time choosing someone from afar. But as soon as I came across the galleries on Kristen's website, I knew that she was the one I wanted to photograph our wedding. Her eye is amazing - she has natural talent to make photos look like works of art. She is also so personable and easy to work with - very organized and is always there if you have questions before or after your event. Her turnaround time for editing and getting pictures online is quick (I think she even uploaded and sent us a few "preview" photos as soon as she got home from the reception) I would recommend her to anyone I know, whether in Ohio or elsewhere. It is worth it to pay for her to travel to your event! I couldn't have been any more pleased! :)

We were extremely happy with Kristen's services. Kristen and Jim were so fun and easy to work with and the pictures are AMAZING! We couldn't have been happier with the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend her services to anyone, including friends and family...she is the best!!!

Kristen was the photographer for our August 2009 wedding. We wanted a photographer that was professional and had a creative eye to capture moments of our wedding, not staged photos. We LOVED working with Kristen and Jim and are extremely happy with all of the choices we have from our pictures that truly express how wonderful the day was for us! Kristen Penner Photography was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I are not picture people however they made the process so easy. We were able to adjust our package to fit our needs and they matched us with the perfect photographer. We were able to pick the schedule for the photographer and were able to adjust all of our needs. Kristen was just what we were looking for as a wedding photographer. She was incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and flexible. We did our pictures before the ceremony and they turned out amazing. Kristen was absolutely amazing. Her talent is unsurpassed. Due to my husband's (then fiancee's) work and travel schedule, we needed someone who could be flexible when making appointments to discuss things such as type of pics needed/wanted, areas desired, and expectations, and Kristen built her schedule around us. She showed up with her beautiful portfolio at 7:45 on a Wednesday night and patiently answered all of our questions while showing us samples of her work. We were given discs of our wedding proofs to do with as we pleased - that is uncommon with a lot of photographers. Never once did she overshadow our wedding day, finding that perfect balance between staying in the background while taking amazingly beautiful pics. My wedding photos are my most cherished posession, and I could not have asked for a better photographer.

Kristen is an amazing photographer! She is very personable and professional to work with. She photographed my son's wedding and it was very exciting to see how she captured so many intimate and beautiful memories of the day. She has an eye for detail and the creative energy she puts into her work is truly inspiring. Kristen has an amazing ability to capture the "essence of the moment" and when you look back on the pictures you feel like you are reliving it all over again. Simply fabulous! I will use her again for my daughter's wedding.
