Kurt is the hardest working photographer you will ever stumble across. If you want a guy who won't miss a single memory , he is your guy. It is often said that no one can be two places at once but Kurt has almost mastered that trick. The photos we got back we 10 out of 10 in quality and creativness. In the world of photography you get what you pay for and Kurt is worth every penny.

Kurt has been taking our family photos for years - from infancy, senior photos and family pics, so when the time came for our first wedding there was no question who to call. He captures every moment that one could ask for during that special event. He has years of experience that shows when he is able to capture those "special" spontaneous moments as well. I would highly recommend him for a wedding or any occasion where you need the best! You will not be disappointed!

I first met Kurt years ago when he photographed events for a non-profit agency I was working for. I was always impressed with his photography, and over the years I began to consider him a friend and looked forward to working with him at each event. When my fiancée finally popped the question, there was no doubt in my mind that I would ask Kurt to photograph our wedding. Kurt undoubtedly delivers a first class service from start to finish and his work achieved some outstanding shots of our special day. We never felt under pressure to perform and he made us feel more than comfortable in front of the camera, while still knowing what would make an amazing picture for our album. Kurt caught absolutely every big moment and many of the little ones that we would want to remember throughout the night. His green screen was also a big hit and allowed us to bring a touch of our home in Seattle to a Midwest wedding. We were absolutely taken back (and still are) with the pictures - they are simply stunning! Thank you Kurt for giving us something that we can cherish forever!

Kurt Nielson was AMAZING!!!...don't settle for anything less. I planned a wedding for our daughter in 3 weeks. kurt took our engagement pictures, created our wedding invitations, and took our reception pictures. they turn out amazing. my only problem was that i didnt take kurt with me to jamaica and do my wedding pictures there! i will never use another photographer ever. kurt will see me and my family in the future, cant wait to see what he comes up with next. thanks kurt for everything.

Kurt is truly outstanding! He repeatedly demonstrated his creativity during our engagement photo session and the day of the wedding. I have been a bridesmaid in many weddings and never witnessed a photographer with a better attention to detail or ability to put everyone in front of the camera at ease (since not everyone likes their picture taken!) Kurt was, by far, the hardest working person on our wedding day and his efforts showed. Your photos are not something to be taken lightly: you want to preserve the moment perfectly, but you don't want a photographer that kills the momentum of the day and Kurt was able to strike that perfect balance. I have known a lot of people who have had their wedding in Toledo OH and surrounding area. After the wedding I always hear the same thing, such disappointment with the photographer. When they see our wedding photos they are sooooo jealous! KURT DOES AN AMAZING JOB! All of these photographers around have these stupid gimmicks to get you into a contract. I saw one guy that brought 4 or 5 people with him. Well, all you have now is 4 or 5 people taking Horrible photos, you end up with a boat-load of dreadful pictures and a bunch of people in your way and distracting your guests, making demands of you and it's all just ridiculous. That example was the worst batch of photography I ever witnessed and it happens so often in Toledo. Kurt on the other hand is very talented. Every single photo is a gem! We feel so lucky!A year later we used Kurt to take photos of us to use as professional/promotional material. We get so many compliments on those photos it's unreal. Thanks to Kurt, we have really come to appreciate the value of quality photography and the difference it can make in your life to come. We have been extremely impressed with Kurt and we hope you will use him too!
