LACENTRE Conference and Banquet Facility

LaCentre was amazing. I received so many compliments on the food from my guests, it was all they could talk about. Kelly was my coordinator and she was very helpful, always responding quickly when I had questions for her, and I felt like she let me know what decisions I needed to make in a timely manner as well.

Amazing! I can not say enough good things about LaCentre. I worked with Kelly who is extremely professional. The wedding planning process would have been far more stressful without her. She took care in making sure that she knew exactly how I wanted the day to go from the order of events to the look of the reception room. Some have commented that they think LaCentre is a little expensive and in the beginning I would have agreed, but after seeing the end result I think they provide an excellent value. I can't imagine that many other venues would have a wedding coordinator like Kelly that communicates with brides almost weekly in the months leading up to the wedding. The food was delicious, more like eating at a nice restaurant versus the standard catered food typically served at weddings. I loved that they have lighting options in house and I didn't have to hassle with an additional vendor to get this. They also coordinated my linen rentals. As the wedding process progresses the last thing a bride needs is another vendor to communicate with. LaCentre was flexible in providing us everything we needed on our big day. We had two rooms for the bridal party to get ready, the fireplace area for the ceremony, a cocktail area, and a ballroom for the reception. The managers the night of the wedding were great at communicating with us to make sure that our plan was followed. At the end of the day everything was out of this world. The site was beautiful, food was amazing, the staff was professional, lighting was spectacular, and everything went off without a hitch. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how amazing the evening was. My husband and I are still in awe at how amazing our wedding was!

It was a great place. Yes, I wish it didn't cost so much, but you get what you pay for.

The planning stages at LaCentre were long and left us with many unanswered questions my coordinator needed to get back to me with. Unfortunately this response was not always as quick as I would have liked. She did have a great deal of experience and knowledge which I appreciated while I was planning. Unfortunately many items came up the week of the wedding which I was not anticipating and did not have enough time for. The day of we had a few minor glitches which LaCentre was very quick to respond to. Overall I thought they were a great venue, they provide a lot of services in house, and would just advise talking to the coordinator early and knowing what the timeline of planning on their end is. Probably would be a great idea for them to set up a timeline of everything they need to know, decisions that need to be made, services they provide and when all of that should be taken care of.

Everything at Lacentre was amazing! The food, drinks, lighting... all of it!!! I have one complaint about the whole reception, they never told any of the other vendors where they were supposed to sit to eat, so they did not get a meal. Also, almost all of the tables had the incorrect number of chairs so guests were confused when told to go to an already full table. Other than those small things, they gave us the best that money could buy!!!

The pre-wedding responsiveness was average. Before the wedding, it was difficult to acquire information for outside vendors. The attention to detail during the reception was exceptional.

Leading up to the weeks prior to the wedding, our consultant at LaCentre did not provide us with necessary details, plans, and information needed to pass on to other vendors. She was difficult to get ahold of at times, and we started to get a little panicky that the plans for our event were not being taken care of. In the days leading up to the wedding, she became more responsive. Overall, I was disappointed by the level of service in the planning phase of our event.The actual day of the wedding reception was flawless. The service, presentation, organization, food, ballroom set-up and decor were EXCELLENT!!! Every aspect of the event came together with amazing precision and each and every guest had an absolutely WONDERFUL time!!! I would absolutely recommend LaCentre for an unforgettable reception experience (but you may need to stay on top of the planning and preparation phase yourself!!).

My wedding coordinator was Trish Bremullis and she did not let me worry about anything during the wedding. Everything went well and was so smooth.

My planner was Trish Brumelis and she did not let me teh bride worry one bit. She took care of everything and even contacted teh vendors to make sure they were coming and were going to have everything they needed to set up for the wedding. La Centre is a very pretty, elegent place and I would recommend this place any day to any Bride if they want a smooth wedding.

We would highly recommend this vendor to anyone looking for a reception venue in the Cleveland area! They were very flexible with us in working with our budget, and the quality of service we received on our wedding day was incomparable! Also, the decor in the venue is beautiful and would work well with any wedding color schemes.

The reception hall turned out amazing and beyond my wildest dreams... There were still bumps along the way - we had to review the contract very carefully and negotiated some of what seemed like unnecessary charges. However, the day-of, I couldn't be any happier with how our reception went.

This place was absolutely incredible. I only knocked off "Value for Cost" because they are pretty expensive (in my opinion), and I don't think any place should charge quite that much. Then again, I'm a little stubborn and idealistic. LaCentre had the most incredible service I've ever seen at a reception. The food was good enough to fantasize about, and the staff was friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely care how our evening progressed. Just as an example--I really enjoy having a glass of milk with my cake, so they said "sure, no problem!" However, when the big night rolled around, they were out of milk. I said not to worry about it, but instead, they sent an employee out to the food store to buy a gallon of milk just to make me happy. I knocked a half-star off of flexibility because you have to book WAY in advance, however, they get full marks for being flexible once booked. We were able to customize just about anything we wanted. This place is great.
