We worked with Arthur and he was great! He drove way out of his way just to meet us the first time to see if we even were interested in going with him for the wedding. He is very personable and made us feel very comfortable. He explained everything very well. Z Media was really good about sending me invoices and a sheet to fill out so they would know what pictures I really cared about....which for a super busy, scatterbrained bride was a huge help. When we got close to the date Arthur called to confirm location and time. I never had to seek them out for anything, they were on top of it. Day of, they were really understanding of us ladies getting ready. They did not get in the way at all, but made sure to get the shots of us getting ready. Our bridal party seemed to get along with them well. We don't have all our pictures back yet and it will be awhile before we get our book, so I cannot speak to those just yet.

Abby and David were our photographers from Z Media. They were very nice to work with and flexible with extending their time at our reception. However, I was a little disappointed in there direction on our wedding day. They did not take charge and direct us on photos and did not have locations picked out to shoot at as requested. David, the second photographer, did not get any pictures of the groom or groomsmen getting ready. Overall, the value was good for two photographers, but the second photographer did not seem to be very experienced.

i was a bride living in Pittsburgh, but getting married in Cleveland and had filled out the form that Zmedia had requested concerning types of pictures we wanted, location spots...I was disappointed that they couldn't help figure out a spot before the ceremony, or a location after the ceremony. It did rain on our day, but I would've still loved to have gone somewhere other than the reception site. Also, the group photos that were taken at the church felt rushed, group shots were off center, and in the family photos, people were not placed where they should stand. (ex: my husbands family picture-we should have been in the center, with his parents on one side and his brother and girlfriend on the other. Instead his dad was on my side and mother on husbands side.) pictures at hotel beforehand had awful backgrounds. I just feel that for the money that was spent, they couldve done a better job helping with locations, and a better job with group shots.

I DO NOT recommend Z media. My family threw a $100,000 + wedding and made the sad mistake of trusting Z Media to capture the once in a life time event. The photographers acted like amateurs and I cannot even begin to descirbe the un-professionalism of the quality of their photography. My 5 yr old niece could have taken better pictures, and that is putting it gracefully. Please, save your money and do not make the mistake we did. Our photographers did not listen to one instruction we gave them and did not even take a wedding protrait??!!!! WORST Photographer in Cleveland and we are near pressing a law suit against them.

Chris, Julie, Jared and the whole Z Media team were absolutely amazing. We had a giant Indian wedding over multiple days and events, and every moment was captured beautifully. Every time I look back at our pictures, it makes me so happy and I would never choose anyone else to film such as important occasion. They were completely profressional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Z Media to everyone.

Everything at Z Media was handled very professionally. I got responses to emails immediately and would recommend them in a heartbeat.Arthur did my photographs and he was great, very relaxed and professional! He made everyone feel comfortable and we got everything done so quickly without feeling rushed at all. I, also, used there Shutterbooth service for our party favor and it was a huge hit! Everyone was coming up to me telling me what fun it was. The team at the wedding was great. They were helpful and friendly. I can't wait until the next time I have an excuse to use this service.

They are great. I haven't received my photos yet, but the pre-wedding and day of services they provide are exceptional. The photographers feel like part of the family. Julie laughed with me, cried with me, even helped me escape crazy family members. They are great people. Ultimately on the day of your wedding you want to surround yourself with people that make you smile, and they are even better, they make you laugh.

Chris and Julie were absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding, and they seem to truly love what they do. They made us feel very comfortable and seem to recognize the importance of really getting to know their couples. Their work speaks for itself. They also seem to take a lot of pride in bringing innovation to their business and their photography. I would recommend them to any bride who wants highly personal service and beautiful photographs.

I think Z MEDIA's work speaks for itself. We met with 2 other major photographers in Cleveland before hiring Julie and Chris. Their style of photography and artistic skill really just stood out from the rest. And they are also incredibly sweet and so easy to work with. We just saw our photos from our wedding and could not be any happier with their work!!

Chris and Julie are the best! They were the only photographers we met with and we knew after one meeting that we had to have them do our July 11th wedding. We researched many photographers in the northeast Ohio area and were really impressed by the quality of their work as well as what you get for your money. It was important for us to get as much bang for our buck as we could and we certainly did by booking with them. On top of being extremely talented and innovative, they are also very down-to-earth and easy going which, we believe, helped us feel more calm and relaxed on our wedding day. They truly love what they do working with couples during one of the most important times in their lives and were, by far, our best wedding day vendor. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for amazing photos to have as memories of their wedding day.

Z Media was a wonderful choice for our photography. We were an out of town wedding, and they were flexible with their schedules to meet with us. The day of the wedding, they met me at the hair salon in the morning and stayed late into the night. The pictures were posted online quickly, and they are perfect! I would highly recommend Z Media!
