New Image Photography was fantastic to work with. Our photos are so beautiful! The photographers work fast and are very creative in the shots they take - I can't thank them enough for perfectly capturing our wedding day! I would highly recommend New Image to anyone getting married - you only have one chance to get the wedding pictures you want!

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with the team at New Image Photography. Jonathon was nothing but amazing throughtout our entire engagement and wedding day! The amount of time and effort he put into preparing for our wedding day was overwhelming. There is/was nothing that got in his way of a fabulous shot! Our wedding album is the most gorgeous album I have ever seen (and I'm not just saying that because its mine!). He took a ton of fabulous shots and really captured every moment of our special day perfectly. Thank you Jonathon and team for the wonderful job you did for us! I can't say enough about Jonathon & Candy. They made my day so special, not only did they have great ideas about places to take photos but they also were very quick. From the moment we met Jonathan and his team we knew New Image was a perfect match for us and our special day! There was never a moment that I doubted them. From Jonathan helping me with my buttons on my dress when no one else could and him carrying our large floral arrangements when no one else would, to them climbing on top of the dj speakers to get the best shots, everything was perfect! We researched several photographers before selecting New Image and we are so pleased knowing, we made the the right decision. Never a regret! Cost, professionalism, and quality are all important factors but what we love and appreciate the most is imagination. Every bride wants her wedding to be a little different and New Image delivers that quality. The hardest task we've had is selecting the pictures for the album since there are so many outstanding pictures and we know we've taken a long long time. The photographers that we had at our wedding we patient and wonderful overall! We are not always the best listeners, but they waited for us to get it together and because of their patience and expertise we have amazing wedding photos to enjoy and show off for the rest of our lives! Thank you!

To be honest, a ranking of 5 is simply NOT high enough! I was married on July 2, 2011 and working with Jonathan, Candy, and their staff was definitely one of the best parts of my wedding planning. From our first meeting in September, I developed a professional relationship with these photographers that continued to grow as our big day drew near. All I needed to do was tell them a few ideas of what I like, and release the reins. Trust me brides- don't micromanage your photographers. When you let them do their job, they produce amazing results that will blow your mind. We had a very large wedding, about 500 people, and their team stayed with us the entire day, from 10am when I needed them at my house until after midnight, as my reception ran until 2:30am. We hit many amazing spots in Cleveland and our pictures turned out great. However, the most spectacular aspect of working with this company is the FUN to be had! My husband, family, and myself laughed and smiled non stop. Picture taking was not a chore that people had to spend hours doing. Instead, we spent a good 3-4 hours taking unique pictures that had our bridal party cheering for more. Trust me- we have all been in weddings where taking pictures felt like a prison sentence. When you have your bridal party also having fun - that tells the true tale of the day. If you want the best- this is where you go. Jonathan, Candy, and their team are fast, kind, efficient, and most importantly have an eye (and the perseverance) for the perfect shot. Believe me....there is not enough wonderful things to say about this company! Thanks Jonathan!

Candy and her staff, Jason, were so flexible, understanding, and so genuinely caring. They were so happy, creative, and bold at all the right moments. Their expertise showed and their professionalism was so refreshing. When our limo broke down on a warm July day in downtown Cleveland, they almost jumped at the opportunity to walk to our next shoot and it did not phase them at all. To see such perseverance and confidence that nothing was going to ruin the day made my bride and I feel even more confident and happy that we made the right choice. Jonathan and his staff at New Image Photography did an amazing job photographing our wedding. He has a real vision for iconic shots, good setting, and keeps a great attitude while photographing the whole day. Because so many things happen at warp speed on the wedding day, we almost felt like we had sports photographers catching all the special moments perfectly!! I couldn't recommend New Image Photography more highly.

Jason did an excellent job with our wedding pictures. His work captured the essence of our wedding day. He is very creative, accommodates your requests and is fun to work with.

Working with Jonathon and the whole crew at New Image Photography was so much fun. They never got in the way or made us feel like we were missing a part of the wedding festivities. They captured things before, during and after the wedding that we didn't see happen! This made looking at the proofs fun because we were able to relive our wedding day and see everyone else having such a great time. Our family was able to see the proofs before we even got home from our honeymoon and when we got home it was like an extension of the whole event. The hardest part was trying to fit so many great pictures into one album.

We were married August 15, 2003 -- the day after the blackout that knocked out power to much of the eastern seaboard, thanks to a chain of events, we'd later learn, that began at power plants in Northeast Ohio. We awoke on our wedding day unsure if we'd have power for the ceremony and not knowing whether any of our guests would be able to show up. We'd picked Jonathen and Candy to be our wedding photographers, after considering several others, in part because we'd impressed with their cutting-edge style of photojournalism, but also because they enthusiastically embraced digital technology at a time when, believe it or not, many photographers weren't persuaded that digital was as reliable or clear as film. The two of them proved to be even more amazing than we could have expected, especially under the stressful circumstances. They quickly put us at ease on the morning of the wedding, calling early to assure us that they'd be at the venue whether there was power or not, and promising that their camera batteries were already charged and ready to go. Thankfully, power was restored in time for the ceremony and reception, and Jonathen and Candy were there to capture everything. The pictures they took were phenomenal and they did a great job of capturing all the events and emotions of the day. Jonathen was also very patient and helpful when it came time to put together our album. We followed almost all of his layout suggestions and haven't regretted any of them. We look forward to sharing the pictures with our children as they get older. In short, we'd highly recommend New Image and hope that many other people get the chance to work with them. --The Malones

New Image Photography is the BEST in Cleveland. I am so happy I had Jonathan and his wife Candy take my wedding pictures. They captured beautiful posed and candid shots. I am so thankful they were there because they took pictures of details or moments I was too busy to remember or missed completely. My wedding album is gorgeous and I have New Image to thank!!!!

New Image was great! They filled in last-minute for our wedding after our photographer pulled out, and we could not be happier. Not only do our pictures demonstrate New Image's talent, vision, and passion for photography, but also the company's dedication to giving couples what they really want. They were so flexible and met our every idea with enthusiasm. Beautiful final product which will be on display in our house for decades to come. Highly recommended.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Candy & Libby as our wedding photographers. They were never in the way, and I rarely even noticed that they were taking pictures, which is something that I requested and really appreciated. They were so nice and really fit in with our wedding. They also went above and beyond, when my husband got a bit of motion sickness - offering to drive their car with him and follow our limo to our photo sites. They are so creative and we loved their pictures. Can't wait to get our album!!! Also, Jonathon was a pleasure to work with when organizing our photos. He is so talented and has such an eye for photography. Everyone was so personable and really made it an enjoyable and exciting experience working with them. :)

The personal service that we got with New Image Photography could not be matched. From the beginning, Jonathan told us that he wanted it to be all about us, and wanted to get to know us. He took us out to a wonderful engagement shoot on Case Western's campus (where we met), and the pictures from that already blew us away. On the day of the wedding, our two photographers were there almost as soon as we were, taking pictures of getting ready and starting to get pictures done of the wedding party (we had a party of 20, so it was no easy feat). He was professional but also fun, which was exactly what my fun-loving group needed. We took pictures in the hotel, out in a fountain, and even of bridesmaid shuffleboard (the Ritz tables are VERY well polished). When we got the pictures back, were just stunned with how great they were. Absolutely divine. We were able to set up our album quickly with Jonathan at the helm making sure it would look good. We waited a few months and now have a gorgeous coffee table album from our wedding, filled with beautiful and fun pictures, and lots and lots of memories. Through it all, the personal service is really what struck us. We had ordered parent's albums along with our main album, and ended up waiting a long time for them (because of the printer). When we contacted Jonathan he was very responsive and started calling all over to figure everything out for us. It had ended up taking a while longer at the printer than they should have, and then got lost in the mail between the printer and the studio. When Jonathan explained this to me on the phone, he seemed very distraught and did not want this to ruin our good times. He immediately offered to do up some nice pictures for our families, and then get back to work on the missing books. A few weeks later, I got the excited email that they were in, and that he was going to ship them to the parents. It was not the best experience overall, but Jonathan shared in all our concerns and wanted to get the best for us There is not enough good things I can say about this photographer. I would recommend them to anyone, for whatever pictures they need. They do fabulous work and are fun to work with.

Jonathan and Heather were awesome. They were so much fun to work with. Our guests never knew they were there. They did not boss people around, they just went with the flow of the night. The photos came out wonderful. Couldn't ask for better people to work with on our special day.
