Northwest Limousine Service

Rented a limo from this company for my wedding and they did a great job! The limo was on time and very clean. Our driver was very friendly and was prepared for all of our locations. We added two more hours without a problem. Made our day worry free. Highly recommend this limo company.

We were both really happy with Northwest. The car was on time and clean. Sean was our driver and he did an outstanding job. He walked all of the ladies into the church with an umbrella because it was raining and he always had a smile on his face. He really enjoyed his job and seemed more like a friend than just a hired driver. The black limo was terrific. Very clean with a stocked bar.

We visited 6 different limo companies and picked Northwest. From the time we booked the limo until we were finished everything was great. The limo was on time and driver was so helpful. We heard horror stories about limo companies and we cant say enough about Northwest. We now recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Let me start by saying that my wedding day was 100+ degrees and i was dreading leaving my hotel. My wedding coordinator warned me that Air conditioning in limos usually isnt very good in weather like this so i was a bit worried. Our driver (who i cant recall is name) arrived early and called out room. He asked if he could carry any luggage or personals to the limo so we said sure. He made four trips from the 4th floor and was so pleasant the entire time! When we did come out the hot air hit us and i could hardly breath! He opened the limousine door and much to my surprise it was ICE COLD! I was so happy!!! My church didn't have AC either so when we arrived at the church we just stayed in the limo until it was time to go down the aisle. The rest of the day was excellent as well. We popped out here and there for pictures but we never left the limo for more than 15 minutes because of the heat. Northwests staff and driver really went above the call of duty and both Charles and I would like to thank them for not only good service but for excellent AC!!! I highly recommend this company.

Our wedding day went perfectly thanks to Northwest Limousine. We rented a Limobus and Four Limousines from this company. The Limobus did shuttles between three downtown hotels and the Old Stone Church. We had over 100 guests ride the Shuttle and they all arrived on time with no one left behind. The Limos were for our Bridal Party and Family. All of the drivers matched with black tux and hats! The cars were all beautiful and the drivers were so helpfull. Anytime someone asked or needed something they immediately took care of it! I was leery about paying a full 20% gratuity upfront but our drivers were worth that and more! I have to mention this one story... My Maid of Honor, Lauren, tore her panty hose right down the back and it would have looked terrible walking down the aisle. Our driver Darren carried a "spare" pair of hose in his drivers bag!!! He gladly gave them to Lauren who put them on in the car!! They were even the same color! We kinda laughed and asked what else he had in that bag?!?! And he pulled out a jar of Grey Poupon! We all laughed! He really was a great driver! The other drivers got compliments from everyone in the party and all of them got additional gratuities from us for a job well done! I never expected this kind of service but Northwest really made my wedding day special! Thank you Northwest and to all of our drivers - hope i get the names all right - Darren, Jerry, Paul, Frank, and Jay.

We used Northwest Limos for our wedding on October 10 and were very happy with the service. The chauffeur was on time and very helpful. The Limo was flawless. We will use them again in the future.

We were married on Friday, October 2, 2009. We rented Northwest and were very happy with their service. They gave us a discount because it was on a Friday and everything went perfectly. They were on time and our driver was wonderful. It was obvious that he loved being a limo driver as he went above and beyond what we expected. I cant remember his name..... but what a great experience. We had an 18 passenger SUV stretch and it was very comfortable. They also provided airport service for our honeymoon and the limos were on time and on arrival he was waiting at the baggage claim with our name. We would recommend this service. I read in one of the magazines that they received a five star rating and we can attest that they earned every star. - AV & Michael

We hired this limo service 2 hours before our wedding because another company (which i wont mention) called and informed us that they would not be coming because of a break down. Needless to say we paniced. My maid of honor used Northwest limos for her wedding and called information to get their number at the church. The manager Johnathan was so polite and calmed us down and then asked what time the ceremony would be over. We told him around 2:30pm and he said "no problem ill have a limousine right out front when you come out." Needless to say i was shocked. Johnathan then took a few minutes to remind me that the only thing that really matters today is the love that im sharing with my husband to be and not to sweat the "small things." His voice was so relaxing that he put me in the proper mindset for the ceremony and i had forgotten all about the other limo service. After the ceremony we walked out the front doors of the church no knowing what to expect and there sitting as promised was a beautiful white cadillac stretch. Our drivers name was Eric and he escorted my husband and myself into the limousine, poped the champagne, and took us for a short ride around the block. We were both so thrilled. Eric was so professional in his drivers uniform and the limousine was wonderful. It smelled like a brand new car inside. Eric was so attentive to all of our needs and knew exactly how to get to our pictures locations and the reception. We didnt even have to give him directions! Excellent Service! The Limobus was early to pick me up and it was spotless inside & out. We had a bus called the "Black Pearl" and it was comfortable for everyone - we had 25 people in our party. Our drivers name was Jerry and he did an excellent job keeping the glassware and garbage cleaned up. I loved the drivers hat which was such a nice touch. The staff was also very nice and helpful. They gave us a tour when we booked the bus and every time we called to confirm or make a change they were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Northwest.

We were very happy with northwest limos. Paul was our driver. He was very nice and on time! The limo was in excellent condition and very clean. We paid $10.00 extra to have pom poms on the car and it arrived beautifully decorated with a just married sign. I cant think of anything negative to say about the company. The older lady who gave us a tour at the limo garage was very nice too.

On August 29, 2009 we rented a 10 passenger limo from Northwest. The limo was beautiful and the interior was lighted in neon lights that changed color in the ceiling, bar, and floor. It was awesome! Our drivers name was Jay and he was very polite, kind and so helpful. Jay kept us on schedule all day and reminded us when it was time to depart for our next location. We had 8 different stops during which we visited two sets of grandparents that couldnt make it to the wedding. Northwest and Jay really made our day special. I just sent them a thank you card and after all of the horror stories i heard prior to the wedding about limo services we were so lucky to haved picked Northwest.

I used the limo in my ceremony. The driver was veryprofessional. They even wear those cute hats. The only complaint was the insie of limo carpet had stains, but all in all it worked very well

After a rocky start with the contract signing, Northwest Limo provided a very good service. There was a miscommunication regarding how much the down payment was. So when the charge showed up on my card, I was surprised and asked about the charge. They informed me they included the tip ahead of time so I didnt have to worry about it the day of the wedding. Well I was not thrilled about the fact that I did not get to say whether I thought the driver deserved a 15%, 18% or 20% tip (they chared a 20% tip), however, it was nice the day of not having to worry about anymore money. As far as the day of the wedding, the Stretch Hummer was perfect. They were on time, the driver was very professional and the experience allowed the entire bridal party to have a lot of fun. I highly recommend a stretch hummer. They are different and just a lot of fun! Plus they have a lot of space for your entire bridal party to fit in them comfortably! Northwest Limo did a good job overall!

Northwest Limousine was excellent! We rented the Black Pearl LimoBus and it was spotless inside and out. It even smelled brand new. The Bus had an outstanding light show that changed colors and 2 huge Hd televisions with perfect pictures that we watched the football games while traveling for pictures. Our driver was kind, courteous, and very friendly. I forget his name but he was outstanding the entire day. We also made some last minute time and pickup changes the morning of the wedding and Northwest handled everything flawlessly. I cant say enough about the service. We did spend a lot of money for transportation (around 1,500) but it was well worth not having to drive 4-5 of our own cars. I visited Northwest's showroom prior too reserving and all the limos there were so clean. The showroom was extra clean and the staff showed us all of the vehicles and gave us many options. You cant go wrong with this company they really care about their clients.

It was slighty expensive, my mother paid for it so I'm not sure how much it was, but the limo was extremely beautiful.

Would highly recommend. They were on time, professional, and courteous. The limo was gorgeous.
