AWFUL. Like the other reviews listed, our bus had no working air conditioning and the temperature was in the 90s. Also, the driver had NO CLUE where he was going. His route was from the Marriott in Key Tower to Windows on the River, and he still could not find his way and needed to be directed by my father. I emailed a detailed itinerary to Roman, who appears to be running the show at Rockin' Cleveland, and it was immediately apparent upon meeting the driver that NONE of the information was ever passed along. All in all, I would NOT reccommend this vendor to anyone. Honestly, I was extremely embarassed on my wedding day by the disorganization and the fact that my guests were forced to be uncomfortable in the sweltering bus. Maybe the bus is acceptable for a night of bar hopping, but providing transportation for a wedding? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Rockin' Cleveland needs to be honest with potential clients and let them know that they are not equipped to handle a wedding.

Rockin Cleveland bus was the biggest joke I have ever encountered. When they arrived to pick us up, it was 91 degrees outside and there air conditioning didn't work! Not to mention the bus was dirty (finger prints on the mirrors around the inside of the bus, dirty windows, door had black stuff all over it) and the driver had NO idea where he was going. The driver was also caught sleeping in the bus when we were going from one location to another. He was also dressed very unprofessional in jeans and a T-shirt. Also had to help eachother on and off the bus in our dresses! It would have been nice if he could at least offered a helping hand! Someone had to sit by the driver opening the whole time telling him where to turn where and how far down the road things were. I mean if you are transporting people to different locations, there should be GPS or something in the bus. I (the bride) had to tell him how to get to every single location, and it was the last thing i needed on such a stressful day. It was a HUGE waste of money, and if I could go back and do it all over there is no way in hell I'd ever use there services again! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!!

Rockin Cleveland was very unprofessional. From the beginning - I knew something was wrong. I contacted them to go see one of their buses. They didn't give me the address and I ended up driving an hour out of my way to go to their MAILING address - not their bus garage. On top of that, when we filled out the contract I was told I'd receive a copy by email the following day. 2 weeks later, with no contract, I had to contact them again. I shared my concerns with them and I was assured they'd provide more professional service. Throughout the planning process, I'd send emails with questions and wouldn't hear back from them at all. My husband's parents wanted to get a bus for the reception as well and they had problems getting in touch with them. On the day of the wedding, things seemed to be okay - they were on time. I sent an itinerary to the owners who said they'd give it to the driver... but the driver showed up with nothing. The driver seemed okay. The only problem was that he kept smoking at each stop and throwing his cigarettes into our garbage can in the back. While we were on our way to our last location for pictures, we noticed the bus start to get really jerky and we weren't going more than maybe 20 miles per hour. Something happened with the transmission. I got on the phone with the owner who said they'd send another bus out for us. By this time, we had 15 minutes to get to our location and they said it would take at least an hour for the bus to arrive. We ended up getting a ride with our photographer (Bishop Photography) and videographer (Infocus Videos and Photography) and taking back our money (except for the deposit). My father-in-law also rented a bus from them for some of their guests to ride in. It arrived with no directions, no working air conditioning and the ride (which would usually take 40 minutes) ended up taking over an hour. Needless to say, a bus-full of our guests were late. I am and was VERY unhappy with Rockin Cleveland. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
