I loved loved loved my dress and Miranda made sure it fit me perfectly. The fact that alterations are included is a real deal. I broke my wrist the week before my wedding and Miranda was able to make me a cast cover that matched so it wasn't so obvious. The quality is service is amazing!

I had a great experience with this bridal shop! They were so sweet, accommodating, and amazing to work with. They ordered my bridesmaids dresses and I ordered my dress from them. Their seamstress was so great too.

Stumbled upon the store by accident but it's a good thing I did since I ended up buying my dress here. Had a good selection of elegant dresses. They carry some more expensive designers, so there are some expensive dresses in the store, but I was able to find something I loved within my budget. Staff was helpful, not pushy. Seamstress was fantastic, my dress fit like a glove. I'd reccomend this store to a friend looking for a classy dress.

I ordered my hair piece and Dessy Bridesmaid dresses here. The dresses were beautiful and although they did not have a dress in the color I wanted, they did have excellent color swatches. I wanted to purchase a pair of matching flats and they called me to let me know as soon as they came in. Most of the girls had to significantly take in their dresses when they received them though. If your weight does not fluctuate at all, I would ask them to purchase a dress more true to your size. There was some miscommunication between the boutique, myself and my maid of honor. I had been told the wrong person's dress was in and my maid of honor (from out of town) went ahead and paid for the remaining portion of the dress before either of us were ever told that her dress had not arrived. This was also the first place I went to try on wedding dresses and the staff were both knowledgeable and helpful about finding the neckline and color of dress that would be most flattering to my body. Unfortunately, the dresses were out of my price range and I had to go someplace less expensive for my dress.

I stumbled upon this boutique while shoe shopping nearby, after a bad experience at a certain chain bridal store left a bad taste in my mouth. I had no appointment and Susanne fit me in easily. I was also planning a destination elopement wedding on about 2.5 months notice, and they never batted an eye (as the chain store had, and then LAUGHED at me). They politely explained that I might not be able to get any dress that I wanted, as most dresses take a few months to be ordered. My time constraints were not a problem at all. My only complaint was not being able to take pictures as my mother doesn't live near by and was out of town that day. I got to spend as much time as I needed trying on whatever dresses I wanted, and veils. I ended up with a beautiful (discontinued) Paloma Blanca dress that I received endless compliments on.

The Perfect Bride is a great little boutique and I loved the dress and veil that I got there. All of the staff was very nice and accommodating. The selection was great also - I probably went to 6 bridal gown stores before The Perfect Bride and didn't find anything I liked half as much!

I got my wedding press at The Perfect Bride. It turned out absolutely gorgeous! The only thing that really made me mad, is I did not agree with the size the employee measured me at and when I argued it she said if I went with the smaller size that they would not be responsible for alterations. I then went with the bigger size and when the dress came in it was huge! I could have slid it right off of me! I had to have a lot of alterations and I was nervous. And no, I did not lose a bunch of weight. I really did like the seamstress. She did a great job!

The Perfect Bride tends to get mixed reviews, but I can assure you that Carly is fabulous to work with. She was the one who helped me the first day we came in, and made trying on the dresses fun and easy. And who can't appreciate compliments!?? :) Fittings went smoothly and alterations were done perfectly. My mom had bought her dress at another local bridal shop, but after problems with her alterations process, we asked TPB if there was any way they could help her with her's. They were so accommodating and made sure my mom's dress was ready to go and had a perfect fit. You can't expect bargain prices from TPB, but I never once doubted their ability to assure a beautiful, well-fitting dress on the big day.

Although it is a smaller shop, the have a larger selection. The perfect bride has a beautiful selection of dresses and the attendants are helpful.

I only gave myself 5 months to plan so I was in a rush to find a wedding dress. I went with my mom to 6 stores in one day. It was the last store that we went to and the dress I bought was the first dress I tried on there! Renee was so sweet.

Both my sister and I bought our wedding dresses here and were very pleased overall. My associate helped me find a dress that fit me to a T, and never tried to force the wrong dress on me. I felt very comfortable with her and trusted her assistance. The seamstress (alterations are included... a plus!) was wonderfully sweet and excellent at her job...my dress turned out stunning. Also purchased our flower girl dress here and it was absolutely adorable. Only negative is that I do agree that service is spotty...sometimes I stopped in to check in on the dress shipment or look for accessories and was treated like a queen, other times I could barely get anyone to speak with me. Bottom line: some associates are absolutely excellent, others need a course in customer service.

This is the first place I went to look for dresses. It is also where my sister got her dress. I ended up getting a Henry Roth dress, veil and headpiece. A month after I put down my down payment I received a phone call from the owner explaining that Henry Roth was going out of business. I was still able to get my gown and it came in, in more than enough time.At times when I went in they were nice to me and at other times I felt like I was a burden to them. I would recommend my family and friends to go there and look what they have.

The shop is clean, bright, and the dressing rooms are adorable. I wished that it could have been possible to take pictures in certain gowns, but this is not allowed for reasons that were not explained. The service I received was outstanding at times, and sometimes quite spotty. Lauren Hubach, who is no longer on staff, was an outstanding salesperson. Her knowledge of the fabrics, the styles, the cuts -- my word! She probably knew the bead count on most dresses -- impressed me and led me to find my gown. The owner of the shop, Kathy, was fairly helpful, too, and also good-humored. A couple times, though, I called the shop and received a very disaffected clerk who treated me as a pesky number. Once, upon sending in my downpayment for the dress, I failed to receive a call that the check had been received and the shop went ahead and cashed it anyway. I called to indicate my frustration and I was met with profuse apologies. The Perfect Bride is a fairly priced, client-oriented bridal shop. If you are looking to purchase a wedding or bridesmaid dress in the Cleveland area, I suggest that you at least stop in for a visit. It may be a dream come true...

I purchased my gown out of state and this store provided alterations even though I did not purchase my gown there. That being said, my bridesmaids' dresses were all purchased there. I agree with other reviewers where the service was spotty, and on more than one occasion, others in the bridal party and myself felt that the sales staff was doing us a favor by talking to us, or that they had better things to do. One bridesmaid's dress was ordered in extra length (unnecessary, but additional alteration charges apply for hemming in that case, so it's a double whammy) and she was told that there was no way that they could alter the bodice to fit her properly. My goen's alterations came out well, however I had to tell them at my second fitting to let some out, since they took in more than was agreed on in the first place, plus there were issues with the weight of the bustle and inadequate reinforcement. I would recommend the store for the quality and selection of the dresses, but be prepared to pay equivalent prices and do not expect consistant service.

I bought my dress from them but they were just plain rude and made my MOH cry. They couldnt understand why we wouldnt want matchy-matchy bridemaid dresses and made us feel bad/stupid. Had another store in the area carried my dress, I would have shopped elsewhere.
