What's For Dessert? Inc. works in conjunction with the 100th Bomb Group, which we chose for our reception venue. We could have not asked for a better experience with Eric. He is so warm and friendly, and very accommodating! Our tasting was a wonderful experience; his cakes are so moist and delicious! We chose a simple, but elegant design that was executed perfectly. I had my favorite, chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, and then a middle layer of white cake with raspberry filing, YUM! The guests raved about how delicious it was. Overall, an excellent experience!

Chef Eric was recommended by our reception venue coordinator and we couldn't be more pleased. His various cakes were excellent and he was very responsive to incorporate all of the Bride's suggestions regarding how the cake should look and also provided his own suggestions to enhance the look. He was very helpful in meeting the needs of one of the bridal party who was extremely allergic to almonds, by eliminating any almond extract from the finished cake, and it did not detract at all from the quality and taste of the cake. We received excellent feedback from our guests regarding the quality of Chef Eric's cake. We would highly recommend Chef Eric for any of your cake and pastry needs.

AMAZING! The cake turned out exactly how I wanted it to look and it tasted delicious! Chef Eric is very talented and helpful. He called me a couple times in the weeks before my wedding to go over my cake and make sure it's what I wanted and he even called once to let me know he was thinking about me and hoped everything was going well. Very nice. Fabulous cake. Definitely one of the best.

Eric was probably the most easy going and friendly chef we had talked to, after making several phone calls on our list. My husband and I had found it hard to find someone who was quick to respond to us and willing to work with us, because we were planning our wedding from out of town. He was always prompt in returning calls and was always willing to work with us. We also had our wedding about an hour away from his business, and he was so generous in making sure he would deliver our cake (and that he would even do it for us)! You can tell he really has a passion for his job and tries to do everything he can to make you happy. I LOVE cakes, cupcakes, and anything sweet - and I honestly have to say that he makes THE BEST cake I have ever had!!! It was one of the harder decisions to make for our wedding, because all of his flavors are delicious. We went with white-on-white and I found myself anticipating the moment we could see and taste our cake as it got closer to the wedding. We had our own design in mind that we saw online, and he was more than willing to do that for us. When I first walked into the room at our reception, the first thing I noticed was the cake and how beautiful it was!! Everyone was commenting on how amazing it looked and kept taking pictures of it. They also commented on how good it tasted. Even after the wedding, people were asking where we got it because they loved it. If you want to have the prettiest and most delicious cake at your wedding, you have to go with What's For Dessert?!!

They were very nice at initial contact. They continue to check in just to let us know they had remember about our event. They were very clear with they're instruction of the cutting of the cake and the storage of the anniversary cake. All and All they we were very please with their services.
